  • Photos and images: Some Apps let you upload or capture photos to generate AI-based designs, edits, or visualizations. These images are processed to deliver the feature you requested.
  • Prompts and preferences: Text input, style choices, or preferences you enter to customize AI generation results.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and language settings.
  • Usage data: Features used, screens viewed, generation counts, session length, and crash/diagnostic logs.
  • Advertising identifiers: Used by our advertising partners (see Section 3) to serve and measure ads.

1.3 Purchase Information

If you subscribe or make an in-app purchase, payment is processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive purchase and subscription status (such as active plan, renewal date, and entitlement status) through our subscription management provider, RevenueCat.

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Apps and their AI generation features
  • To process purchases, manage subscriptions, and unlock premium features or tokens
  • To improve app performance, fix bugs, and develop new features
  • To display relevant advertising (in ad-supported plans)

3. Third-Party Services

Our Apps rely on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

  • AI processing providers (such as OpenAI and Replicate): Images and prompts you submit for AI generation are sent to these providers solely to produce your requested output. They are not used by us to identify you personally.
  • RevenueCat: Manages subscription and in-app purchase validation across platforms.
  • Google AdMob: Displays advertising and may use advertising identifiers for ad personalization and measurement. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play: Process all payments and provide purchase receipts used to unlock features.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded photos used for AI generation are retained only as long as necessary to process your request and, where applicable, to let you access your generation history within the App. You may delete your generation history at any time from within the App where this feature is available. Usage and diagnostic data may be retained for a reasonable period for analytics and troubleshooting purposes.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
